Since the launch of our quality program in 1992, we have implemented a framework which enables us to be a specialized, effective, trusted partner. A dedicated National Quality team ensures a one-company approach at all our facilities and is committed to product and service excellence.

We are committed to having a customer-driven philosophy so that we may meet or exceed your expectations. Integral parts of our commitment to excellence include:
- ISO 9001 accredited operations across Canada.
- Good Distribution Practice (GDP) Certified: Product safety is a high priority. Quadra is equipped with segregated Nutritional and Functional Ingredients facilities and supporting programs to protect the products that are destined for food, pharmaceutical and animal nutrition applications.
- Service Level Improvement Program (SLIP): This program is used for customer issues as well as internal improvement opportunities. The program encourages employee involvement at all levels to effect positive change within the organization. Quadra is very proud of our service level.
- Effective Information Services (IT) and Processes: Quadra is committed to ongoing business process innovation and reengineering initiatives.
- CORE Certified: The Alberta CORE audit is key for quality, health and safety in western Canada.
- ISNetworld: This program is key for our Energy group and is used to demonstrate Quadra capabilities and processes including Financial, Quality, Health and Safety, etc.
- Responsible Distribution Code of Practice: Quadra has an ongoing commitment to Responsible Distribution that includes Environment, Health and Safety, Emergency Response and Regulatory Compliance.
- Sustainability: We wish to ensure that there is ongoing consideration for the environment within our operations. Our practices and the development of future programs are part of our TQM (Total Quality Management) team mandate.
- Business Continuity Planning (BCP): extensive programs including: Crisis Management, Pandemic, Operational & IT Contingency plans.
